Hey guys,

Please consider checking out my book publication funding at - http://t.co/8iSzNKF

I understand if you're not directly interested in buying a copy, but anything you can do to help me publicize it - I'd appreciate it! Please help spread the word, "like" it on Facebook and tweet about it, etc.

Thanks!

Best,

David Greelish, Computer Historian

I'll probably donate at least $35 for the project.

Also, what does it take to become a computer historian, if you don't mind my asking? I know a lot about old and esoteric computer systems, and am just curious.

Sorry for my delay in responding here!

Thank you for your support everyone. My Kickstarter campaign is a great success, but it's also coming to an end.

If you would like to pre-purchase a special Kickstarter edition, then please check out - http://t.co/8iSzNKF

Your welcome to freely read the entire first issue of the zine "Historically Brewed" here - http://www.classiccomputing.com/hb.html

Well, I used to refer to myself as an "amateur computer historian" or "self-taught" etc., keeping it more humble, but then I decided to just give myself permission. In my case, it takes about 20 years of reading perhaps 30+ books on the subject, listening to numerous audiobooks too, collecting books, magazines, hardware, software and ephemera, writing and publishing a newsletter / zine on the subject, doing podcasts, listening to hundreds of podcasts, owning and watching and re-watching dozens of documentaries - stuff like that.

Thanks!
