Hey guys.  I've been thinking about doing a redesign of the VC&G site for a while (i.e. the blog part).  Does anybody have any features, capabilities, or things like that they'd like to suggest or request to make the site better?  I've got lots of ideas already, but it would be nice to hear some ideas to improve the site from readers.

Often enough i find myself surfing with vintage hardware and use old browsers. A nice thing to have would be a [browse oldschool] link that shows the same content without tables, redundant pictures and css. Test with lynx, if it works it's probably ok for every old browser/terminal.

However, i can't say that i see your stuff often, i use a program that collects and formats rss. It's the content that matters i guess.

I've thought about doing that since the beginning -- having an alternate, low-tech version of the site that can be browsed via Lynx or other primitive web browsers.  I never got around to it though, as it seemed a little tough to pull off using Wordpress, since it's so dependent on stylesheets that older browsers don't understand.  It's not impossible, though.  I could just code up my own simple pages that pull stuff from the database.  But alas, it's one more thing to do in the sea of to-do's.
