I can't get the music to work (it needs quicktime, i refuse) and there's nothing except the racing ability (no powerups or coins, no car collision just boundary collision) but it's still sweet.

OK, found a NON-QUICKTIME! Azn solution to Firefox MIDI:

Just put these plugins in your Firefox plugins folder. I'm using FF2 and it works for me.
