That is such a good deal... I've been meaning to get a new 7800, to replace my old one which died on me over a decade ago. Two questions, though. Does the 7800 have both of the original controllers, in working condition, and does Indy 500 have its controllers?

The 7800 controllers are original. I might be able to find an extra pair of driving controllers.

This is slightly off topic, but boy, isn't Indy 500 fun? It's amazing how that driving controller makes an otherwise lackluster game into something cool.

In all honesty, I had 3 copies of the game, but no driving controller... In other news, I am SERIOUSLY considering purchasing that 7800.. *longingly looks at his Ballblazer cartridge*

I did find a driving controller so I will toss it in.
Ballblazer is one of the better games for the system. One of my favorites is Food Fight.

I never played the 7800 version of Food Fight. How does it compare to the arcade version? And how rare is it?

I don't know how it compares with the arcade version. I've never played it. It's not that rare. It a rarity 2 on AtariAge.

Food Fight is very common, because I think it was a pack-in with the Atari 7800 for a while. I think I have four copies of it. Hehe. It's pretty fun, though. I'd say go for it! If you bought the 7800, you'd not only have a cool new system, but you'd be the first person (I know of) to actually buy something through this forum. Benj

I'll probablly get it next month. My funds are kind of slim at this time.
I didn't know it was a pack-in for the 7800. When I got mine, it came with Pole Position 2. Come to think of it, I might still have it, as well as a fistful of other games, including Rampage, Xenophobe, Crossbow, Donkey Kong, and possibly even Commando. I am absolutely sure I still have Ballblazer.

I'll hold on to it for you if you are sure you will buy it in a month or so.
The 7800 is a cool system. There aren't many great games for it but it does also play 2600 games which is cool.

Yeah, you're right: Pole Position II was the pack-in for a long time. Maybe I'm wrong about Food Fight as a pack-in, but I do know that it is a very common 7800 game. My fave for the 7800 has always been Joust, which is one of the best console Joust translations out there. Man, you guys are making me want to get out my 7800.

Ok. I have plenty enough money right now for the 7800. How would you want me to pay for it?

Paypal will work. My paypal is Loco_912@hotmail.com. I'm out of town right now so I probably won't be able to mail it out until this weekend.
