Hey guys, I have a fRIend with a Commodore who wanted to ask this question.  I've seen many ways to rip C64 tape to ROM files, but how would you go about transferring C64 ROMs to tape (so you can play them on a real C64)?

Any help will be greatly appreciated...

Well, you'd first have to figure out how to load the program into the C64's memory.  There is probably a device or cable out there that lets you hook the C64's 1541 disk drive up to a PC's serial port and write to it.  Using some special software, you could probably write a disk image to a real C64-format disk.  Then once you have the disk, you load the program on the C64 (without running it), and save it to cassette.

Ok, I think I found what I'm talking about, but better.  It's kinda like the C64 version of the SIO2PC cable.  It emulates a C64 disk drive on your PC:

Check it out, and let us know how it goes!
