Here's a new print magazine (U.S.-only) on older computers that covers things like GEOS, BASIC, 486s, Windows 95/98, and DOS:

Yes, I do run it... A few people are starting to subscribe, particularly Geoworks/Breadbox Ensemble (GEOS) users. Typical computer magazines fail to address anything older than Windows XP or a Pentium IV, so I believe this can appeal to a significant niche audience - just as a few small publications became popular during the mid/late '90s by targeting owners of computers from the 1983-1991 period.
