The warehouse behind where I live went up for rent. I always wanted to use it as a shop but after what looked like a disappointing look inside, there was a small box in the center of a 250' x 500' room. Inside that box was a blanket and an unopened box of F-Zero for the SNES.

It's the newer one that Nintendo released. I haven't opened it, I bet its the cart that has the notch cut out in the bottom.

Wow, that's amazing.  Are you making this up?

If not, did you get the box?  Did you rent the warehouse?  That's a pretty neat find.

And what did the blanket look like? Smiley

I didn't rent the warehouse, it's more than I make in a month and needs to be rewired because the meth people took all the copper out of the building a year ago.

I took the entire box so I do have the game and the blanket is red and in my carport.  Grin

I've been looking for a place bigger than where I work for a long time and have found SNES controllers and a broken GBA before. I think a lot of people use the abounded buildings as storage for family stuff. The only other find I've been excited about was the robot cat I found. Used to have one when I was kid. Loved that cat. You clapped your hands and it did things. Better than a real cat in that way because if you clap your hands in front of a real cat it will just run away.
