I've had an account with them since around late 2002. Great setup they have going there. Nice interview with Aaron, as well.
Here's hoping they re-do that website into something a bit more slick.
Yeah, interestingly enough, the website thing is the complaint I hear most. My wife even said something about it. It's not the best, but at least it's functional. Perhaps if Aaron reads all these comments it will be good constructive criticism for him to improve the service overall.
