Thats right! I said it. Halo Reach is nothing!

Ed Fries, the former head of Microsoft Games Studio, created a game called Halo 2600 and as the name suggests, it is meant to run on the Atari 2600.

At the Classic Gaming Expo, they actually gave out the limited Carts that they put together for this game. So you can actually play it on your original Atari 2600! It's just too bad that the carts are limited. So for the many unlucky ones who couldn't go to the CGE, theres a flash version! and heres the link!:

I read about that somewhere.  That's really cool.  There are so many homebrew 2600 games I'll never get the chance (or the time) to play, though.

Wait.  It's an actual Atari 2600 game? And here I thought it was just a simulation, to make it appear to be like an Atari 2600 game.  Now I have added enthusiasm for the game!
