Old Gateway 2000 tech support article

I ran across this website a long time ago, and just recently found that it was still around.  It's a decent write-up about one of the things that caused Gateway's once-stellar tech support system to crash in the early 2000's.  Warning: popups.  It's hosted on a free provider, so you may want to have a nice, secure browser before you go out there.  And if pages don't wnat to load fully, try refreshing a couple of times -- works for me.
