I love how the flowchart is supposed to make it easy for new customers to decide between products, but the first step requires information that usually only techno-savvy users would know (1200bps? That's EXACTLY what I need!). Ah, maybe it's just back in the day far enough that there *were* no computer-illiterate modem customers.</description>
